Redraw an outlaw's kit for a small fee. Wear what it finds on the road. Sell spoils on OpenSea. Every fee and every sale pays the tithe.

- Yes. Zero mint price, you pay only the chain's gas, a fraction of a cent.
- Who holds the money?
- Nobody. The tithe, the vault and the rewards are contracts with no withdraw function. Source is verified. What this page says is what the code does.
